New Clubhouse and Restaurant
The pro shop at the new clubhouse has been open since May 12th. We anticipate the Osprey’s Landing Restaurant to be open for business in June. Golf Course and Marina Safety Notice
It was come to our attention over the past few months that the homeowners have been using the golf course for their private use. To dispel any misunderstanding, this is not permitted. For safety and liability reasons, access to the golf course is only granted to paying golf customers and employees of the Osprey Golf Club. No bicycles or pedestrians should be on the premises for any reason. Please understand that the Ospreys Golf Club is a public, daily-fee golf course, but it is a privately owned business with no expense to the Homeowners’ Association. Please note that the use of the marina is for slip holders and their guests only. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, and recreational activities other than boating are not permitted at the harbor. Safety is of the utmost concern. If you are not a slip holder, please do not trespass onto the docking area.


Land Bay 5
As you may have noticed by driving down Belmont Bay Drive, steady progress is being made on the second and third condo building is Land Bay 5. If you have not met your new neighbors in building one, please introduce yourselves. The sales office has been moved from the trailer to the first floor of building one. Land Bays 10 & 11
